Bidding contracting work within a community is a multi-step process that can have a significant impact on the budget and living conditions of an Association. Let technology help you lead the conversation on how to bid effectively. Join a Structural Engineer who will provide expertise on:

  • the Do's an Don'ts when drafting an RFP
  • best practices for the bidding process
  • things to consider when analyzing bids
  • when it is appropriate to interview a company
  • red flags when selecting contractors/vendors
  • finalizing the contract and when projects should be bonded
